The Co-Owner and Accounting
Manager is Sherry Schoffstall.
She is the accounting Manager of Omega Test & Balance, L.L.C. and is involved in the operations management and
in the managerial decision making of Omega Test & Balance, L.L.C. As Accounting Manager, she administers general and active
management of the business affairs of this company’s business and directs powers of supervision over those duties performed
by the other managers, officers, employees, agents, and representatives of this company.

Professional Experience: Sherry founded Outsource Works in 1997 which is a small business support
service and is responsible for all accounting functions for multiple clients of both large and small businesses wishing to
incorporate outsourcing, including write-up, bank reconciliations, payroll records, sales tax reports, financial statements,
and tax returns. Sherry has strong verbal and written communication skills for heavy client contact. She also possesses knowledge
of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.Sherry
has experienced thirty years of work history as a bookkeeper, office manager, administrator, and job cost accountant at various
firms in a variety of fields including but not limited to; a mechanical contractor and an HVAC company. Sherry has worked as a team member, managed up to 50
employees, performed administrative duties, worked with project managers, processed work in progress reports, and prepared
timely accounting information. Her educational training in accounting and business along with her diverse experience in accounts
receivable, accounts payable, payroll, taxes, and financial statements qualify her as accounting manager with Omega Test
& Balance, L.L.C.
The Co-Owner and General Manager is Chuck Schoffstall.
He is the managing supervisor. Chuck is a managing member of Omega test & Balance. During the testing and balancing
phase of a project, He is responsible for providing project supervision, project scheduling and the review and certification
of reports, preparation of fee proposals, job layout, billings, and scheduling of staff. He reviews and confirms accurate
installation of the mechanical and control system according to the design intent. His project management approach is to effectively
lead the team to a successful project in alliance with other contractors. Chuck serves as the company’s training
associate for all staff members for industry knowledge.

Experience: Chuck
has over 18 years experience working with mechanical systems. For approximately 10 years with Energy Systems Design and 7
years, he served as a project manager for J.B. Rodgers Mechanical and was primarily responsible for bidding new jobs, layout,
scheduling and organizing staff hours, processing of balance reports, billings and job costing, field performance and customer
relations. There and other companies, he created and developed a test and balance division and continued to manage, operate,
and grow that segment to become a successful air balance division.
Project Teams: Our TAB technicians
are knowledgeable in the HVAC industry and multiple energy management systems. We have four project managers that are trained
in industry standards. They work to assist in project deficiencies and problem solving for their assigned projects and crew. We have field technicians that perform all work. We have a full office staff to make and receive calls, type
reports, support the field in all business needs and keep Omega operating efficiently and problem free.
Where we’ve been
In our First year,
our staff has completed test and balance services on more than 330 projects. Facilities include industrial buildings, semiconductor
and manufacturing plants, clean-rooms, municipal facilities, commercial office buildings, banks, and hospitals as well as
residential structures for both water and air systems. A major portion of our test and balance work is ongoing maintenance
for clients with numerous plants throughout the state of Arizona.
Our projects have included but are not limited to;
Testing of air and hydronic distribution
systems, calibration of thermostats, duct heater and other controls; energy surveys, temperature and humidity monitoring,
sound testing; startup and maintenance on mechanical systems, engineering audits, engineering surveys, evaluation of HVAC
systems, commissioning and as built drawings. Operating room and isolation room certification. Commissioning and As-built
